Vision
Creating man made Argo-Forest of select trees having future value addition commercially, species like Melia Dubia and Mahogany. Spread out in an area of 70 Acres with features like grid pattern in plantation and having select species of herbal on additional 20 acres of land plants like Taiwanese Red Lady 786 variety of Papaya and Seedless Lemon, within the plantation. Water bodies with colourful live stocks attracting rare birds. And an area thus developed will be properly planted with rare exotic plants, dotted with colourful flowering plants inviting visiting variety of birds and having few water bodies for collections of swans, ducks and other species of livestock’s, which will be properly fenced with wire mesh fencing and will be under control of a team of security guards at appropriate guarding posts.
In the midst of the plantation will house a State of Art ‘Holistic Centre’ having full-fledged residential facilities supported with required Utility Services. The proposed Centre will be having scheduled day lectures on topics of varied interest defining- A Way of Life! A well-trained staff will look after the guest putting up at the residential units. In between their stay, guests will be taken around the plantation and will be visiting the nearby places of nature’s interest. These facilities supporting the Holistic Centre will cover up additional area of one acre within the plantation.
Further, as committed to work towards the betterment of our village folks, in the midst of said Farming, there will be housed a Centre of Excellence. This will impart literacy awareness among village folks and provide Vocational Training to growth-oriented mass youths, who will be trained by experienced teachers of their respected fields. The main motive behind such drive aims at developing the village populace towards having better all-round feature and earning skills in life.
Lastly, it is envisaged to have a beautiful laid out FISHING POND, covering 10 acres of land within the plantation. This Fish Pond will be divided into 4 parts for technical reasons and will be provided with good auxiliary units surrounding it. Regular fishing activity will be done from the pond and supplied to various markets in the area. Thus, such activities will give financial support in running and meeting the maintenance cost of the plantation. Proper guidelines will be adopted by having regular exchange of expertise through approved and reputed agencies.
